You can stream audio from your phone or any Bluetooth device, lie on any side, and still hear clearly without pressure or discomfort. It is designed for all-night wear.
2. Where do you ship and what are the options? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. Standard shipping is $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Please note that orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch.
3. How do I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@dolel.shop.
4. Can I return my headband if it does not work for me? Yes, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The headband must be unused, in its original packaging, and you need to contact us first at support@dolel.shop. You pay for return shipping unless the item arrived defective, in which case we cover the cost.
5. How does the headband stay clean if I wear it every night? The fabric is removable and hand-washable. Simply take out the speakers, wash the band in cold water with mild detergent, and let it air dry. This keeps it fresh and extends the life of the product. We recommend washing once a week if you use it nightly.
6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a full refund. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment, but we are happy to help you with a return once it arrives.
7. Is the headband comfortable for side sleepers? Absolutely. The speakers are ultra-thin and positioned to sit directly over your ear canal, but they are designed to be nearly invisible when you lie on your side. The band is made from a soft stretchy blend that stays in place without squeezing. Many of our customers are side sleepers and report zero pressure points.
8. How long does the battery last and how do I charge it? A full charge gives you about 10 hours of continuous playback, which is enough for several nights. Charging takes about 2 hours using the included USB cable. The battery is low-profile and sewn into the band, so you hardly notice it when you sleep.
